Best location and breakfast is good

More varity for breakfast

The breakfast was amazing, very good variety. My son is a fussy eater but he had no problem selecting something to eat here. Staff were friendly and helpful. While it is a little dated I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Overall we are very happy with staying at this hotel.

The room we had was at the front of the building so there was constant road noise. While it wasn't too much of an issue I think it's worth mentioning as other people may find it an issue. The only other minor issue is the hotel information showed laundry as 40,000 but the desk said it was 50,000 and that the info is wrong. Why is it still showing as 40 if it is wrong.

The location is fantastic. It's in the city center and near shopping malls and restaurants. However, the crowd from the mall's employees is sometimes causing traffic before entering the hotel's gate (their motorcycle parking is in front of the hotel entrance, so it will challenge your driving skills). The staff is great; they will help you with anything that you need during your stay. However, the parking lot is limited; it will be first come, first served. But in the basement parking area, there are some birds nesting in the ceiling, so don't be surprised if, in the morning, your car will be colored by the bird's poop!

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is not working really well. You need to wait about 10 minutes for the hot shower, and even in my room (367), the raining shower doesn't work. And also, the swimming pool is dirty. I stayed three days, but some trash from day 1 is still on the floor of the kids pool. It seems that there is no daily cleaning of the pool. The breakfast is fair enough, with various selections of Indonesian food. But for western tastes, it will be quite difficult. There is no sausage and no potatoes (wedges, fries, or even mashed) available. But thankfully, you can order several kinds of egg-based menus at the live cooking stall.

The location is in the city center, very close to pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals. The swimming pool is still in a well-maintained condition. The drinking water provided is enough for 1 day.

Management could consider refreshing the hotel because it looks old, especially the elevator.There's only 1 floor towel and it's small, very dangerous if you slip. The fried noodles are not delicious, too sweet and a little hard for children.

Alles war Super

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dicht in de buurt van restaurants en winkels. Dat is gelijk het enige kleine minpuntje, want het verkeer is daardoor erg druk. Verder veel bezienswaardigheden en parkjes op loop afstand. Al met al prima locatie dus.

De gratis upgrade de laatste dag.

Lekkere bedden en mooi zwembad en life muziek.

Dat ik had geboekt voor een veel lagere prijs en dat ik meer als het dubbele heb betaald.

saya sudah lama sering menginap disini,di jenis kamar lain,jd ketika mendapat type kamar baru dpt pengalaman baru,baik nya vitrase di kmrn ini di bersihkan aga berdebu,keramahan staf dan lokasi yg luarbiasa ditengah kota.

mencoba layanan pijat di ruang pijat nya langsung( dulu pernah bsa dipanggil ke kamar)..ruang pijat nya kecil disudut ..kamar mandi ruang pijat kotor, wastafel penuh kerak lama..seperti tdk dibersihan,terapis yg menghandle saya seperti terapis baru,bolak balik keluar kamar berteriak memanggil terapis lain untuk sekedar menyapa dan pinjam handuk..saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk jasa pijat disni..mending keluar kaya ke K***K* atau Z**

Fasilitas kamar cukup memuaskan untuk keluarga, kasurnya lumayan cukup besar dan nyaman, kebersihan kamar mandi cukup baik dan bersih

Kebetulan kamar viewnya ke jalan utama dan sampai tengah malam masih berisik suara motor/kendaraan

dekat supermarket jogja junction, dekat mall, pelayanan staff ramah

untuk lantai kamar mandinya licin dan handuknya yang tidak putih bersih

Menu sarapan kurang variatif jika dibandingkan dengan harga akomodasi..banyaknya tamu membuat ketersediaan makanan kurang atau sering kosonh atau habis..sehingga kami kurang puas hampir tidak mendapat menu maksimal
